There is growing evidence that soft skills are critical to economic growth, as well as to young people’s development and success in today’s rapidly changing labor market. At this session the Youth Employment Funders Group, a network of donors and multilateral organizations in the field of youth employment, will launch their policy brief to foster consensus, coherence, and innovation on soft skills. Session participants will learn about the brief's recommendations and the initiatives that donors are advancing on soft skill programming for youth.
