The Skills and Knowledge for Youth Employment Project was presented under the Cross Track Session: Effective Models & Approaches to Creating Mentoring Programs in Different Contexts. In this session, participants explored the relationship between mentorship, gender and economic opportunity, and discussed various practices that have proven to be effective in diverse contexts and with various youth populations.
