“Manufacturing” Talent for the Human Age

It presents the results of Manpower Group’s 2011 Annual Talent Shortage Survey of nearly 40,000 employers across 39 countries and territories and looking at a long-term workforce strategy that distinguishes “just in time hiring” and “on-demand” talent.
