"I am READY" is a cognitive behavioral curriculum specifically designed for use with at-risk youth in employability programs, incorporating both content as well as instructional delivery. As this was developed, opportunities emerged for use with middle-school youth, and in a project to reduce prison overcrowding and create confidence among Salvadoran businesses who will hire former inmates.  This presentation explores curriculum development, design, and roll out as well as initial evidence (including employment results) from implementation in 2017/2018 in the Northern Triangle with at-risk youth (in and out-of-school) and male inmates.  Facilitator profile, training and support will also be shared.
