Bridge to Employment

FHI 360

For over a decade, the Johnson & Johnson Bridge to Employment initiative has sought to improve students' educational experiences by providing them with career development and work-based learning opportunities. A new publication describes program successes and outcomes, such as improved rates of enrolling in higher education among participating students and increased academic success and engagement. The report also provides seven key elements of a successful school-to-career partnership and offers recommendations for schools, businesses, and funding agencies wishing to undertake similar efforts.
