Many companies rely on a strong technical workforce to run effectively. Unfortunately, those entering the workforce with the necessary skills to drive innovation and increase productivity - particularly in the STEM fields - are few and far between.

In an effort to turn the tide, companies in industries like manufacturing, metals and mining, aerospace and defense, and machine and industrial goods are investing in workforce development during the education stage. We will hear from member companies about innovative education programs that seek to enable manufacturing companies to maintain their global leadership into the future.
