Considerations in Adapting Learning Materials for Youth Economic Opportunities Programming

This is a 1-day, experiential training course that explores considerations for adapting existing economic capacity building activities for young people. More specifically, participants will consider why adapt economic capacity building materials, different types of adaptations, and fitting new/adapted material into existing institution or project structures.  The touchstone of the training will be a hands-on exercise that allows participants to apply lessons learned from the workshop to an existing curriculum. By the end of the workshop, participants will leave with a curriculum adaptation action plan that speaks to the economic capacity building needs of a particular target group.
